Items are made to order and require production time.
Free Standard shipping– 7-14 business days to produce and 7-14 business days to arrive. Tracking included.
Premium FedEx International Priority shipping– 3-8 business days to produce and delivery in 1 to 3 business days, next business day to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Reach major cities in Europe by 10:30 am typically in two business days.
All Other Items– Ships from Hong Kong
Handling times range from 1-7 business days.
Free Standard Shipping is typically delivery within 7-30 business days after processing. Some order may take up to 40 business days to be delivered in rare cases.

Do you provide tracking information?
All orders come with tracking.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to order?
No, although it is the fastest way to pay you can pay with a credit or debit card. Just go through the check out process and the last step will take you to PayPal. Underneath the sign in box there is a link “Pay with credit or debit card” click this link and fill out your information and you are good to go!
Are there any other fees I should be aware of?
International orders may acquire additional costs due to duties, taxes and brokerage. Any fees incurred are non refundable. Cancellation of an order may incur a fee.
Why does my tracking say “not found”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
